Welcome to Yoga Station located just to the left of the Hartsdale Train Station at 221 East Hartsdale Avenue, 2nd Floor. 
Yoga Station offers drop-in classes for adults and children in an open, non-competitive environment.

Meditation and Mindfulness:

Come and learn basic meditation techniques to help reduce stress and increase focus. In each of these four sessions we will introduce different ways to practice meditation, either through the use of breathing exercises (pranayama), visualization, simple movement, and other ways to practice harnessing the power of the mind. Beginners welcome. On Mondays at 7:00pm. Four class series runs from March 7th to March 28th. Fee: $85 for the series, or $25 for drop-in. Click here to register.

 

The Bhagavad Gita Book Club!

Meet up once a week on Saturdays at 9:00am to explore the Bhagavad Gita, as a guide to daily living. BYOG, and maybe a cup of joe as well! $5 donation. Click here to register.

 

Mommy and Baby Yoga (Saturday, April 16th, 2:00-3:30pm):   Join Dorothea Liedl, everyone's favorite neo-natal nurse, as she teaches how to help your baby feel more comfortable in their body with movement, massage and song. New mothers strengthen and stretch too! Click here to register.

We have yoga classes for children on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and a teen class for children 12 years and older on Fridays!

 

Restorative Yoga:

What a great way to start the weekend! 75 minutes of pure bliss, with candle light and soft music, a slow and restorative class on Friday nights to come back to your breath, and back to your body. No working, no striving, just being. Delicious. Click here to register.

No reservations are required -- Door is open 15 minutes before class - At night the studio windows appear dark from the street because we practice in candlelight -- don't be fooled -- come around the corner to the building entrance.

We regret we cannot admit students 15 minutes after class has started.
